Mie Tumis Sayur with Yummy Bites

Materials that need to be prepared:

  1. 1 tsp mushroom broth
  2. 1 tablespoons coconut sugar
  3. 1 tablespoons cornstarch
  4. 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  5. ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  6. Oyster sauce (optional)
  7. Water
  8. 2 sachets Yummy Bites Organic Noodle Sweet Potato
  9. 2 tbsp Yummy Bites Kiddy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  10. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  11. ½ tbsp chopped ginger
  12. ¼ cup of spring onions
  13. ½ cup carrots
  14. ½ cup paprika
  15. ½ cup mushrooms
  16. ¼ cup of celery
  17. ½ cup bean sprouts

 

Making process :

  1. Make a sauce mixture with 1 tsp mushroom broth, 1 tbsp coconut sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp sesame oil, oyster sauce (optional) and water
  2. Then boil 2 Ikat Yummy Bites Organic Noodle Sweet Potato cook for 5 minutes remove and drain

3.Sauté 2 tbsp Yummy Bites Kiddy Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, ½ tbsp chopped ginger, ¼ cup leeks, ½ cup carrots, ½ cup paprika, ½ cup mushrooms, mixed sauce, ¼ cup celery, ½ cup bean sprouts and noodles then saute until cooked and well blended

  1. Remove the noodle stir fry and serve with egg slices
  2. Sauteed Vegetable Noodles are ready to be served
