Beef Pumpkin Quiche

					Materials that need to be prepared:
- 350 gr flour
 - Himalayan salt
 - 175 gr butter
 - Cold water
 - 2 tbsp Yummy Bites Kiddy Exra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 1 cup Onions
 - 1 cup ground beef
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes
 - Tomato paste
 - 1 cup mushrooms
 - Chopped kale
 - 6 tbsp Yummy Bites Cereal Muligrain Pumpkin Carrot with Sweetcorn and Cheese
 - Warm water 15 tbsp
 - 4 eggs
 - Grated cheese (optional)
 
Making process :
- Combine 350 gr flour, Himalayan salt, 175 gr butter and cold water until it becomes a dough
 - Flatten the dough then print according to the size of the pan and prick the dough with a fork in the pan
 - Cool the dough for 15 minutes in the freezer
 - Then bake in the oven 180 ° C
 - Sauté 1 cup onions, 1 cup ground beef, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 cup mushrooms, chopped kale with 2 tbsp Yummy Bites Kiddy Exra Virgin Olive Oil
 - Make a dough with 6 tbsp Yummy Bites Cereal Muligrain Pumpkin Carrot with Sweetcorn and Cheese, 15 tablespoons warm water and 4 eggs
 - Then fill the meat and other ingredients that have been sauteed into the dough in the pan, give the grated cheese and cover with the Yummy Bites Cereal mixture
 - Then bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes
