Beef Pumpkin Quiche

Materials that need to be prepared:

  6. 1 cup Onions
  7. 1 cup ground beef
  8. 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  9. Tomato paste
  10. 1 cup mushrooms
  11. Chopped kale
  12. 6 tbsp Yummy Bites Cereal Muligrain Pumpkin Carrot with Sweetcorn and Cheese
  13. Warm water 15 tbsp
  14. 4 eggs
  15. Grated cheese (optional)




Making process :

  1. Combine 350 gr flour, Himalayan salt, 175 gr butter and cold water until it becomes a dough
  2. Flatten the dough then print according to the size of the pan and prick the dough with a fork in the pan
  3. Cool the dough for 15 minutes in the freezer
  4. Then bake in the oven 180 ° C
  5. Sauté 1 cup onions, 1 cup ground beef, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 cup mushrooms, chopped kale with 2 tbsp Yummy Bites Kiddy Exra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. Make a dough with 6 tbsp Yummy Bites Cereal Muligrain Pumpkin Carrot with Sweetcorn and Cheese, 15 tablespoons warm water and 4 eggs
  7. Then fill the meat and other ingredients that have been sauteed into the dough in the pan, give the grated cheese and cover with the Yummy Bites Cereal mixture
  8. Then bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes
